After venturing across Japan and studying the work of respected brewmasters, co-owners Yuta and Shar founded Toji Sake - a premium saké that provides a bridge between a classic Japanese drink and the modern Australian palate. In addition to producing all of the content for the brand, we were engaged to develop the digital presence, including an e-commerce store and social stategy. Through our work with Toji, we established their unique brand image, differentiating it from other sake brands in a way that is distinctly Australian.
