Project Information

Align Community Network is an NDIS provider and Community Hub that facilitates friendships, connections and a community for people living with a disability. We designed and developed their website with accessibility and ease of access to information as the primary focus, while ensuring it would be a fun and joyful experience for users. Not only does Align Community Network have a physical hub, their online presence provides a hub of resources to the local community in the North West area of Moonee Valley.

Hortenzia is a full-service design studio delivering creative and strategic outcomes across branding, design, production and digital.
