Spring Point is a culture consultancy delivering strategy and people-focused solutions for businesses through gradual and scaled behaviour change. We were engaged by Spring Point with a single focus brief - to design a website that differentiates their approach from other consultancies.

We developed a conceptual website design, involving a layered approach using cards while juxtaposing light and dark elements to create balance. The website echoes their brand purpose of creating sustained, structural changes for businesses.

Alongside the website, we worked with Spring Point’s internal team to design and develop e-learning material with the big four institutions. The website design and e-learning material positions Spring Point as a hub for culture, leadership and workplace transformation.
