Dedicated to delivering holistic health and wellbeing solutions, In Essence is Australia’s leading essential oil brand with a mission to educate Australians on its transforming effects. We enhanced the in-store experiential for the essential oil brand, including designing individual displays for products, information touchpoints for consumers and concepts that allowed for the product to be interacted with to improve the customer experience.
We used a different perspective in our approach by making use of different surfaces, including often underutilised areas such as the floor. The unique retail space design encourages users to experience the expansive range of scents in a unique way whilst presenting the brand and product as a premium offering the essential oils space.
